accounting professional of your choice. Residents can pay their assessments by EFT, online bill pay through their bank, credit/debit card on our website,
or mail a check to our office.
Occasionally it becomes necessary to enforce a collections policy. Our collections procedures are fair, yet aggressive, protecting the Association's
financial standing. We work with you to make sure your operating and reserve budget preparation is assembled in a conscientious and timely manner.
We play an essential role in the selection, coordination, and oversight of your day to day vendors. We will help you select, negotiate, and oversee
the most cost effective vendors for your building's needs including commercial landscaping services, building systems, janitorial services, maintenance
services, and other commercial services as they arise.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT
Extensive repairs often involve many parties with commercial construction expertise with select scopes of work, such as architects, engineers,
envelope consultants, reserve study specialists, third party inspectors, banks, contractors, insurance companies, attorneys, etc.
We can provide comprehensive project management services to ensure all the parties are on track, on budget, and working in your best interest. Since
we aren't performing these tasks (designing, building, etc) we can provide true independent review when potential discrepancies arise.
We will work as your representative throughout the process from start to finish.
