Jens Conrad Johanson, CMCA, Designated Broker, President

Jens has been in the construction, real estate, and especially the condominium market for the past 22 years.  As the "buck stopper", he is responsible for all company results and serves Conrad clients throughout the business layers, and specializes in the long term planning and critical situations that associations and transactions find themselves in.  He has a special passion for the "rights and results" of condominium owners and is active in industry improvement programs through CAI, IREM, and Realtors.  Jens is a University of Washington alumnus and a proven corporate leader with multiple businesses and investments in the construction, consulting, and real estate arenas where he can positively affect the lives of vendors, investors, owners, and tenants in this industry.  Using this experience he actively gives back to his communities through involvement with youth programs (Boy and Girl Scouts of America), community sports (Little League), and donations of professional time and services to non-profit organizations.

Leilani York, CMCA, Director of Association Management

Leilani brings 15 years of management, real estate, and construction experience to her position as Director of Association Management.  She is responsible for CP's entire association portfolio and leads a team of managers, accountants, and project specialists who coordinate the activities of these properties.  While in charge of a department, she still enjoys the personal touch with residents and continues to personally manage a select portfolio of properties.  Leilani is experienced in all association issues and holds a CMCA designation from Community Association Institute and a WA state real estate license.  As a Bellevue College alumnus she stays active in the industry giving back to the community.

Dru Druzianich, Broker, Association Manager

Dru brings 25 years of experience in real estate and management to his position as Association Manager, Rental Manager, and Broker of residential sales at CP.  He is responsible for a portfolio of associations, and a portfolio of rental properties for investors.  His responsibilities include the oversight of operations, financials, leasing, maintenance, and resident/tenant relations.  Dru ensures all his properties are operated efficiently to maximize value and resident satisfaction.  Dru reviews all purchase and sale transactions, short sales, and asset managed transactions.  As a University of Washington alumnus he is very active in the community supporting local and green causes throughout Seattle.
