We offer accrual based accounting services for homeowners associations with timely & accurate monthly reports, and annual auditing by an independent accounting professional of your choice. Residents can pay their assessments by EFT, online bill pay through their bank, credit/debit card on our website, or mail a check to our office.
Occasionally it becomes necessary to enforce a collections policy. Our collections procedures are fair, yet aggressive, protecting the Association's financial standing. We work with you to make sure your operating and reserve budget preparation is assembled in a conscientious and timely manner. |
