Considerable repairs often involve many companies with commercial construction expertise with diverse scopes of work, such as architects, engineers, envelope consultants, reserve study specialists, third party inspectors, insurance companies, attorneys, etc.
We will provide comprehensive project management services to establish that all the parties are on budge, and working in your interest first and foremost. Considering that we aren't performing these projects (engineering, constructing, etc) we are able to provide frank independent review when potential divergencies arise.
